2. No Guarantee on Results
We will always do our best to solve your issue. However:

Data recovery and migration are not guaranteed. Some devices or drives may be too damaged or encrypted for us to retrieve data.

We are not responsible for hardware failures, data loss, or issues caused by third-party software, manufacturers, or service providers.

3. Liability & Insurance
EZ IT Services LLC carries business insurance. That said, by using our services you agree that:

4. Payment Terms

Our standard rate is $120 per hour.

Some jobs (such as cabling or equipment installations) may be billed at a flat project rate (quoted in advance).
